“Randy is first rate when it comes to professionalism and service. We had just moved into a new house and the washer and dryer were not able to be connected. The washer had the old hose fitting rusted onto the pipe and the dryer was missing the outlet. Randy was able to remove the old fitting then connected the washer. He then installed the receptacle for the dryer. I also found another outlet that wasn’t working in the kitchen. Even though, I didn’t mention it on the phone, he fixed that too. He also helped me level the dryer and connect the dryer vent and fix a little problem on the guest bathroom drain. I am very picky when it comes to service as I was a construction project manager. I would 100% recommend Randy.”

“Called Randy based on reviews here and I’m glad I did. My need was strictly plumbing, but he was able to come out within a day of calling. The leak was a bit tricky, but he found it and patched it quickly. Also helped out with a water tank issue. The work was completed quickly and Randy was more than happy to walk me through what he was doing, as well as show me a few shortcuts for some DIY projects I have on deck.
I’ll definitely use him again.

“I needed a plumber for several leaky faucets and saw the many positive reviews that Randy Haynes gets here. The fact that he does electrical work, too, is icing on the cake. Randy arrived on time and went to work on my “Do List.” He also discovered the expansion tank was filled with water due to a bad pressure valve. He replaced both; also replaced a defective kitchen fixture. I served as his parts “runner” while he kept working. He spent about 5 hours at 6 locations in the house. He charges only a modest hourly rate after the first hour, so my total cost was VERY reasonable! Highly recommended!”

“Over the past 3 years, I have had Randy Haynes out on several occasions to 2 houses to for various plumbing and electrical issues: Minor leak in joint between 2 sections of cast iron pipe, major blockage in cast iron pipe, repair dripping shower faucet, replace leaking shower drain, replace rusted out garbage disposal, run new electrical wiring to add ceiling fans in bedrooms that previously had no overhead lighting. On every occasion, I have been very pleased with his work.
Randy is an honest guy and is pleasant to work with. He generally charges a reasonable hourly rate and performs his work in a very efficient manner. Whereas other plumbers that I have had out want to cut out and replace huge sections of cast iron pipe with PVC for a small fortune, Randy always tries to find the simplest solution for the problem at hand which winds up taking much less time and costing a lot less money. I will definitely contact Haynes Service Company for any future plumbing and electrical needs that arise.”

Wonderful service and friendly
“I awoke a few weeks ago to a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and the sneaking suspicion that one of my children had flushed something like a toy down the toilet. I asked on Facebook for recommendations on who to call and my friend recommended Randy.
I called and they had him out to my house within a few hours. He was friendly and was able to quickly remove the offending object (an apple) and have my toilet up and running again.
He also charged far less for this than the last company that came out to remove a toy from my toilet.
I will be calling him the next time my kids decide to see what they can send to the sewer underworld, for sure.”
